I could only be at this event in the afternoon for a short time. So if you missed me and are interested in having a photo or two taken of your dog, Look for me early on at the annual Placer SPCA Barktoberfest in Roseville, CA on Oct 2nd. This chicken variety is called a “Silkie”. They are so calm and docile. The owner had a number of them sitting in baskets in a cart-like thing wearing diapers! Ha. Wish I was able to get a more pronounced image of this one but it’s really hard telling the head from the tail end! In case you can’t see it, the beak is in the middle right of the picture.
